Even though it's not the busy season, I feel they should either advise their patrons of limited availability for meals or make other arrangements. I did not bring dress-up clothing so was unable to go to any of the "reservation" restaurants on the property. As a result, I ate at either the coffee shop or the spot next to destination bar.

Hotel, pools and accommodations were lovely. Pool area shuts down very early, may be the norm here. Knew seaweed was an issue but for this specific property we were not advised in advance the beach was completely covered and not accessible. Spa was enjoyable and we spent a morning in the Hidrotherapry area. Restaurant hours were limited some days but our meals were enjoyable, definitely loved the pizza! Overall, I would recommend the Sanctuary but not if you are prefer to spend most of your time at the beach/ocean.

A True Sanctuary in Every Sense — 10/10 Our recent stay was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the property — But as stunning as the resort is, what truly made this trip unforgettable was the staff. I’ve traveled quite a bit, and I can honestly say the customer service at Sanctuary is second to none. Every single person we encountered was kind, warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. I dare to say that I fell in love with the people even more than the place itself. Overall, the property was gorgeous. The architecture was breathtaking, including the castle. Overall, the staff was nice and accommodating. The seaweed was piled up on the beach so you did not have access to the water. But would definitely recommend if that is not something that is important to you for your vacation.

This was our first time at Sanctuary Cap Cana and we loved it. This property is huge and everything is very well maintained. Our room was just fantastic and so comfortable. The pools and swim up bar were so inviting and friendly. If you get a chance get Kaila to set up your lounging area and Oscar to be your drink waiter. Both are superb and will take great care of you. Overall everyone was so friendly and accomodating. We will definitely be going back.

El hotel es precioso, realmente aprecias la naturaleza y la hermosa arquitectura. La habitacion era espaciosa y comoda con una vista increible. El servicio de mayordomo del castillo es una gran ventaja. Tiene varios espacios y piacinas para pasar el dia desde mas tranquilos a otros con actividades. Estas opciones permiten que disfrutes justo de lo que necesitas en este viaje. Lo mejor de la comida lo vas a vivir en los restaurantes que abren en la noche, hay una gran variedad y de excelente calidad.

The resort is fantastic! The restaurants offer great food variety, drinks are great at all bars and restaurants, the pools are all very nice, the gym and spa are awesome too. Rooms and bathrooms are all very nice, luxurious with lots of space. This is the perfect place to relax. With all that said, what stood out to me the most are the employees. They are focused 100% on the guests, making sure you have a great experience all around the resort. Highly recommend it!!!
