The room was clean, we stayed 2 nights requested towels during the day but we didnt receive until the night. We didnt have hot water. We had to run the hot water to get it semi- warm to shower Sunday morning. The USB in the headboard / light fixtures didnt work. The clock didnt work in our room. It snowed that Sunday morning and the pathways was poorly plowed. A woman fell out front. The worse was the noisey young adults on the 2nd floor, that Saturday night into Sunday. The slamming of the doors and the yelling down the hall until the wee hours of the night was Horrible!! Apparently there was some kind of a teen gathering happening.

my check in was interupted by a man saying to the guy that was checking me in that all his belongining was gone and stolen from his room. Then the person checking me in just handed me the room card, and never said what room number or what floor I was on, and never said where were the elevators. Poor customer service at this location. I will not be returning to this location.

I would like to thank the Manager Stephanie specifically. She helped me from day one of what I was going through with selling and buying a house. Stephanie accommodated me with the things I needed. She was very responsive and understood my stress. Thank you so much Stephanie. In addition, the rooms were great, clean, up to date. The staff was wonderful as well. Even the breakfast was good. In the future when I need a staycation, this will be my go-to.

Staff was all friendly and the hotel was nice and clean with a wonderful breakfast. My only mild complaints are the WiFi was a bit spotty and the rooms are not very soundproof and our hallway had some noisy guests. But over all had a wonderful stay and will be back!

Was very bothered that the reception area required us to pay a “Service Charge” for using a credit card!! Hotels prefer to use a credit card these days. NO OTHER hotel asks for that. We stayed at another Holiday Inn Express right from there & never did they ask for that.

Front Desk staff Loma was very helpful for our request as our itinerary changed for the Thanksgiving weekend. The breakfast selection was plentiful. The suites with the sofa have the right amount of space. We also had a situation where my wife left a camera battery charger plugged into the wall. After we checked out We were able to get this item retrieved with no issues
