The hotel was decent. We had a good room on top floor, not bad view from our window. The pool area could be attended too more frequently. The two days we went empty water bottles and beer bottles were still there for both days, the exit door was held open so that it wouldnt get too fogy otherwise fire alarm goes off. The staff was friendly and got the job done. We had breakfast at the hotel which was actually really good! Shout out to the chef! Great location for checking out nyc or nj, everything was within 20 minute distance. We would come again. I will say we did have an unfortunate way to wake up by the fire alarm going off bright and early barely 7 am....but despite that, the place was decent.

I had a very frustrating and unpleasant check in experience. I previously messaged the property as I was going to be checking in after 10pm and was advised to use the Hilton honors app in which I did. I was unable to access my digital key as it said I needed to go to front desk for further information. Once arriving to the hotel property at 12:30AM. There was no one at the front desk. There was also another couple there waiting for the front desk and they ultimately left. I made multiple calls to the front desk and after 25 minutes I made calls to the Hilton guest services corporate number. On the phone the agent tried calling the front desk in which I explained I already have been doing multiple times. She said there was nothing she could do for me and never experienced this instance before. She transferred me to another line that could help however that service was closed and the phone call left me no where in which I had to start this process again. I also in the mean time was attempting to get in touch with someone via the chat option on the Hilton honors app with no response from a live agent/team member. I started to begin a process of purchasing a different hotel as we were getting no where and getting desperate to get into a hotel room to sleep. This hotel was an incredible stay! It was clean and free of any issues. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return if I needed to. It was a fantastic weekend getaway!

Hotel representatives were not the friendliest upon arrival and the representative when I checked out didn’t even bother to speak. The room did not have curtains so there was no privacy as we faced the parking lot and their was a lamp post that shined directly into the room the entire night so the whole room was lit up. Middle of the middle

This hotel was...meh, I'm sorry to say. It looks really great on the website and promises nice features, such as a pool and jacuzzi, breakfast and dinner, and free parking. The parking was free. The pool and jacuzzi were absolutely disgusting because the chemicals in them were not properly mixed. It smelled like a wet dog throughout the pool room. I only dipped my hand in the pool but could not get the smell off of my skin for three washings. The breakfast was fine, but not noteworthy. Dinners are no longer offered, although this is not updated on the website for Hilton or on the hotels.com website. Finally, some people may not be bothered by the noise from the highways, but if you are concerned about this just know that the rooms are not very soundproof. The hotel room's cleanliness is the only selling point here, sorry to say.

Everything was clean in the room and it was spacious. It had a microwave and a fridge which was great. My only complaints-None of the ice machines worked on any floors-despite signs stating to go to specific floors for ice. I went to every floor and then finally, got ice from the lobby after asking the front desk. Also, there were large bags of trash left from the day before near the elevators when I checked out.
