The room was average. The heating system was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. I had to turn it off and sleep without heat due to the noise. As Hilton Honors members, we received two complimentary bottles of water; otherwise, they would have cost $3 each. Check-in took longer than anticipated. The front desk staff mentioned that their system needs to be updated “like everything else around here,” which unfortunately set the tone and expectations for the rest of the stay.

We always stay at Hilton hotels. This was one of the first that we've stayed at that wasn't up to par. The heat was either really hot or blowing cold air. There we no hand soap in the bathroom. The pool room was freezing but the water was warm thankfully. We really wanted a hot tub but were disappointed to see they covered it with flooring. They should remove hot tub from list of amenities. Finally, our minivan bottomed out on the entrance driveway to the hotel and the whole bottom of van was scraped.

Staff were great, especially during snowstorm. The room needs an upgrade, the heater sounded like it was eating marbles when it kicked on and didnt get very warm. A lot of other hotels have upgraded to smart tvs. Room just overall rundown. The pool was great most of the time but the last day it was ice cold, there is no longer a hot tub as advertised on expedia. Plowing from the storm was subpar, most spaces unusable due to a foot of snow, doesnt seem like plow ever came back after height of storm.
