I don’t understand why the fitness center is in the center of the first floor. It is unbelievably loud. You would think they would put it in a corner to limit the noise. My room was on the second floor. When you walk off the elevator, the entire second floor is loud and thumping from the noise from the fitness center. I can’t believe they would put rooms directly above it. It was loud all night. I woke up before 7am and you could already hear and feel the thumping from the fitness center. I asked if they had another room and they said because I booked through a third party I couldn’t move rooms.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. What really stood out, though, was the staff — everyone we interacted with was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. Their kindness truly made our stay even better. The room was clean, as always. And the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that there's no body wash in the shower. You provide shampoo and conditioner, but no body wash. I didn’t bring any, thinking you provided.

Staff was always nice and helpful when we did need something. Always greeted us as we walked in. I only had eggs and sausage. Need more options for people with allergies. I know you can’t do it all. The food looked like what all hotels serve. Cereal, eggs, breakfast baked items and juice. The room was fine. Heater a little noisy. Not really any complaints. We were there just to visit NY so we were not in the room that much. Would stay again plus was the bus stop is out next to the hotel for the ride to NY
