Staff was ok. When checking in, there was one person ahead who was checking in multiple rooms. There was no one else there. I stood to the side. The check-in person pretty rudely told me I had to stand "in line behind him" I didn't appreciate the tone especially since there was no one else there. It took her over 20 minutes to get the guy who was with his band, all checked in. I could have been sitting relaxing instead of having to stand in line since it would be clear that I was next after him.

Room was clean, however one wash cloth was dirty it had makeup on it. Also when we pulled back the top cover of the blanket it had stains. We ended up sleeping on top of the blankets. Staff was nice.
