Horrible service breakfast is always gone within the first 10 to 15 min and it's garbage they charge for parking each night even after how expensive they are

Me and my family stayed here while I went to have a surgery procedure. I stayed for 1 night and my husband and daughter stayed 2. We brought our family dog so we were put in a room that smelled really bad like dog pee. The room was really outdated. Very disappointed.

I was surprised that this was a hotel. It is hidden behind normal shopping area with lots of trees around. It is a busy, well maintained hotel. The parking area is well monitored and has cameras. I didn’t use any of the extras except continental breakfast. The whole thing is convenient without being as pricy as other fancy hotels in the area.

Staff at the front desk was rude to my guest when she arrived and asked for simple directions to the elevator. she is my girlfriend and was coming up to meet me before we went to dinner. staff made her feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
