If you want rude employees who hold towel hostage until you carry your dirty ones to the front desk and swap them one for one. The free breakfast is a kid sized yogurt, a piece of fruit, and a 4oz cranberry juice cup shouldn’t be considered any sort of breakfast. For the cost of the room I would have expected more. The surrounding area is full of homeless and trash. I would have stayed somewhere else had I known what I was in for.

I enjoyed how spacious my room was, it had a queen bed and king bed. The king side bed had it's own room with a TV. However, my bathroom trash can was full, missing silverware, stain in tub with a cracka and missing don't disturb sign. The property needs to replace their carpet, it is damaged and has an odor in the hallway. I appreciate how the staff was polite and resolved the issues of my room promptly

I was too scared to walk my dog around the neighborhood. There was trash all over the surrounding areas. People sitting in their car in the parking lot brushing their teeth. People smoking right by the lobby front door where it clearly said no smoking.

3rd time we stayed in Larkspur. We like the suites feature. The kitchen area makes it possible for us to make a quick warm meal(we only used the microwave, but it equip with electric stove); the refrigerator is pretty big, a very convenient touch. The little separete room works well for us traveling with our teenager kid. The only thing I was uncomfortable about was the bathroom smells like urine. I could smell it out in the rest of the suite if it was not close.

The little kitchen was great. There was only one hand towel and no wash clothes. There were loud people working in the eating area at 3am that woke us up. The breakfast was terrible. We only had 1 pillow each and they were old and not very supportive. The TV audio was completey off. The front desk lady was very nice though.

Only one side of the bed had USB ports. Bed was ok. Everything in the room was dated. Furniture, fridge, shower bathroom. Functional but very dingy. The iron and ironing board was falling apart. The picture online of the lobby and the outside of the property does not mirror the rooms.

It has potential

This place has the potential to be a very good hotel but somewhere along the way someone stopped caring and just let the place be. The rooms need a remodel, as the cabinets were old, chipping, discolored, and had ants all over the place, the beds were uncomfortable and the floors are gross. Over all the location of this hotel is fantastic and it would be great to see it become better
