Use is limited to one hour per person per day, subject to availability, and the use of a swimming cap is mandatory. The indoor pool has a maximum capacity, so the centre may limit the length of stay if this limit is exceeded. To access the gym, sports clothing is mandatory (it is forbidden to enter with flip-flops and without a shirt). The paddle area is open during the same hours as the gym. Paddle courts have a supplement and must be booked in advance.

It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments.
