got a wake up call at 5 am which i didn’t request for it. 3 phone calls followed later. called front desk to turn it off and finally stopped. i cant sleep after because i was already pissed off.

The hotel was charging extra for parking we had to inform the breakfast team more than twice that we had breakfast included. The bathroom fan was not working friendly staff and huge hotel.

Homeless wondering around property, carpet in room looked dirty, view from room was the top of another building. Front desk couldn’t accommodate my request to streamline the check in & out process to the 2nd day I added on & additional fees weren’t stated when I reserved the room. The entrance is inconvenient to the flow of traffic, you have to circle the block to enter the parking area
