Friendly service! Great waitstaff and restaurants. Pool is beautiful. Lots of families with kids so it is loud. Rooms could've been cleaner and more updated, stayed in 238 and 239. Dirty bathroom floors and peeling wallpaper. Room 238 was particularly musty and a bit damp feeling. Would definitely request a bayfront view unit next time.

Everything was good, except sliding glass door in room outdated can can hear every little noise from outside specially at night we can hear people on the bay very loud around 2:00 am and also we didn’t see security staff at all.

This was our second time staying here this time we chose a junior suite for more room. We were up on the 4th floor in the tower . The view was great,but the noise From people checking in,every car going by was so loud, and the light from the large window coming in was very bright. We would definitely stay back on the property away from check in again. Both times we’ve stayed the rooms are very clean,the property is beautiful, the staff is wonderfu, and the restaurants have very good food and service.

Over all good place to stay. Conveniently location to Mission beach. Hotel was built on 60s. It showed. Lightning in room wasn’t the best could be brighter. Safe didn't work at all. Room fronted a public park. There was a person living in a RV. Water took a long time to get heated

Christopher at the front desk is awesome. He gave us a lot of suggestions for different restaurants and was just cool to talk to. The rooms are a nice size and clean. The toilets are really small (and round not oval so guys, sorry) The hotel is old but the location cannot be beat if you want to walk to Mission Beach or bike to Pacific Beach. Overall we would stay again. Just wish they would update the rooms a bit and seriously, put in better toilets. Rest is great!

Staff was friendly and kitchen was nice but missing a sponge and wine opener. Clean room but the fires on the beach and RVs next to us put off a lot of smoke and exhaust. We will definitely stay here again but more in the center of the property.

I’m from Chicago, so being able to swim in a heated pool and relax in the hot tub was absolutely next level for me. Such a great escape from the cold! The property itself is beautiful and super relaxing. Our room had an incredible view overlooking the water and the bridge — waking up to that scenery every morning was unreal. Truly a picture-perfect stay. Huge shoutout to Steven at check-in/concierge — he was outstanding. Super friendly, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond and really set the tone for the whole trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway!

I wish the website was more upfront about which amenities were available or not in January. For example, the Belle cruise boat was not running and the grab and go breakfast trailer was only open 2 mornings of my stay. Also, what’s the point of separate resort fees? Just include them in the room fee.

The hotel was great! The views were amazing! But the staff was absolutely top-notch! The people were super professional, super friendly, and knowledgeable, and took great care of us. We had seven rooms for three days and everything was amazing.
