Booked a one night stay for my family and I to attend the Bayfest and I wish we could’ve stayed longer at this hotel. We loved the feel of the resort hotel and their amenities. We had a garden view, it was beautiful to see the ducks and the koi fish in the pond from our balcony. The resident parrots were a great surprise too. Our room was spacious, the layout was perfect and it even had two sinks, the bathroom was separated by the entrance into the room which was quite nice. My daughter loved the flavored water in the lobby on Saturday but we noticed that the water wasn’t available on Sunday, not sure if they only have that out on certain days. The gift shop and the coffee/deli shop were both great. All staff were friendly and helpful. We’re looking forward to staying here again soon, thank you!

Everything was clean, staff was friendly and helpful! We wished there were better options for lunch/dinners, our plan was the have dinner at the restraunt with all the kids and family but found out when we went to make a reservation they were completely full due to a wedding party. I just wish we would have known to make plans accordingly. That’s was one reason we booked the first floor bayfront rooms to be able to take kids back to the room if needed during dinner and so we had to leave off property and find a kid friendly spot. That’s a small downside to a really awesome weekend because other than that, it was a great time as usual. We have stayed there many time and it will continue to be our family spot.

The staff was excellent! The wedding venue was wonderful. Our room in the Tower, though clean, was small, dated and overlooked a parking garage . Additionally, I I had to spend $5+ per day for a cup of coffee! I think the drinks at the bar were also overpriced.

Our room was dated, but clean. The beds were very comfortable, other furniture was more functional. We had a beautiful balcony view of both Mission Bay and a bit of the Pacific side, with seating to enjoy it. Staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to deal with any concern or issue. The resort is a comfortable walk to a grocery store and pharmacy. Beachfront activities do make this resort very busy and relatively noisy all day and often late at night. We enjoyed the many walks along the beach walkway.
