Awesome North PB location steps from the beach, boardwalk, pier, and NamaSteve yoga on the bluff. Walkable to many restaurants. Dog friendly and welcoming. Self check in with keypad. Older building. Clean and simple. Has everything needed in kitchen. Supplies and towels, including beach towels. I wouldn't call it Chic and newly renovated, but great for a PB home base.

Simple but wonderful space for a beach trip! Two minute walk to the beach entrance. Excellent restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Kitchen had everything needed when we wanted to cook. Windows were a little janky but opened/closed for cool air as needed. Felt safe for kids to play in the grass out front. Honestly, the only thing I wished we had was a vacuum to clean up after ourselves (couldn’t sweep the rug).

Online picture absolutely deceiving. When we pulled up to property my initial reaction was “this can’t be it. This place is a dump”. Blue bungee cord holding gate to property closed. Grease splattered down side of refrigerator. Lack of electrical outlets that worked. Window blinds difficult to move up or down. Windows didn’t lock. Wooden dowel placed in window track to keep window from opening. A/C did not work. Property manager did not respond to 2 text messages I sent BUT was easy to reach my telephone and did allow for a complimentary late checkout. Location best thing about property.

Awesome! Could use a bit of updating. Blinds that aren’t warped so you can have a dark room at night and a living room tv that you can stream your phone to would be nice. Overall really great though?

Perfect little beach get away

This condo is perfect for a small group of friends or small family. It's a few minutes walk to a lovely beach. The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking basic meals. It's our second summer in a row spending about a week here, and I'm sure we will be back!

Cute place and great location! At one point the heater turned on and it was extremely hot inside the apartment and wouldn’t turn off, but the management was responsive and helped us get it turned off. Overall would stay here again!

As Described

The unit was exactly as described and pictured. Megan was easy to get a hold of and was very helpful with the few questions I had. The location is ideal for a long walk on the beach or to a variety of very unique restaurants.As with any rental, there’s no telling who else is renting around you. Our next-door neighbors had three dogs with them, and they were very loud people. The walls seem very thin. The family upstairs moved around a lot, all night long. If you are sensitive to noise, perhaps inquire if there are renters upstairs or next-door and if they are bringing pets.

Fantastic location!

This apartment was less than a block from the beach and easy walking distance to great ships and food at Pacific Beach! The location really was superb! The apartment itself was pretty bare bones and older, both of which is totally fine. Unfortunately, the apartment was not very clean - dust & grime on the refrigerator, baseboards, windows, etc. There were only 2 dishwasher tablets for a 7 night stay, so we had to buy more. But, they provided shampoo/conditioner/soap/body wash as well as dishwashing liquid. When we arrived (quite late at night) someone was parked in the assigned parking space but the property manager responded immediately to me and the parking issue was rectified by morning. Note, the apartment is older - with single pane windows so you get a fair bit of street noise and lots of creaking floors & doors. But once again, the location is excellent!

Convenient and Comfortable

Love the location. Being close to the beach is a priority for us so less than a block’s walk is ideal. The place was comfortable and clean. He all we needed to rest and cook meals. Will definitely recommend this location to those who like a cozy place close to the beach.

Perfectly located and calm

2 small buildings with a few, very nice apartments that are perfectly located: 2 minutes walk from the beach with its swimming section, and 5 minutes from boutiques and bars. A sweet garden, and a garage to park. Ideal for families and kids! Reactive service very appreciated as well. Strongly recommend, the best quality/cost ratio in Pacific Beach. Enjoy!
