The pool was closed for renovation when the web site said it was available. Otherwise it was a really nice stay.

There is a $20 a day charge for parking. The woman at the front desk that checked us in was rude. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. The breakfast was ok. The curtains were torn and taped back together with blue painters tape and when we opened the window, it came off the track. We would just take the whole window pane out when we wanted fresh air. I have pictures.

Young woman working front desk during day from Wed - Sun. was very personable with good customer service. Only disappointment was discovering that the pool area was closed for construction/renovation. At first I thought that I had arrived in error at an earlier hotel booked that had notified me that their pool & hot tub area would be undergoing renovations during my stay -- prompting me to cancel that reservation and book my stay at the Comfort Inn per reports that its pool was heated in the winter time. Unfortunately, the Comfort Inn was also undergoing renovations but its staff graciously handled my disappointment -- although in the future I hope that they notify guests of pending renovations like the other hotel had done.

Staff are really friendly and welcoming, close to everything I needed. Stayed at the beginning and the end of my cruise stay. Breakfast was good hot and cold items to choose from. It was really busy there birh times I stayed. I would book this place again.
