First of all they advertise a “hot tub” which they did not have and is a requirement for my stays because of my bad back. They said the pool was heated which is not a hot tub. This is failed advertising. Second, they say “self parking available” which leads me to believe that parking is free which it wasn’t and I was stuck with a $25 per night parking fee. I was livid because that added an additional $150 for my stay. At the very least they should refund my parking fee. Never again will I stay at comfort Inn.

I was place in a room right next to the supply room it sounded like. Hotel employees talking quite loud and moving stuff around that room. Couldn’t get sleep at all.
