The safe in the room did not work. One night, a blanket we asked for was never delivered. The hotel was conveniently located for our visit. The breakfast was adequate.

First time staying here when we entered room was not as we expected from pictures, gave a very weird vibe. Toilet was dirty, when we went to inform the front desk, lady said there was nothing she can do because she was fully booked.

Not sure what happened but was surprised by knock at the door in middle of the night by the same clerk that checked us in asking to see our receipt as the computer didn't show the room booked.. or something? We remembered him, however he didn't remember us. Then we were lucky enough to get the room next to the ice machine. So all night long.. and workers filling up going to work early were noise distractions. The one good thing about hotel is location. As it is walking distance from several good restaurants in Old Town.

Ac and heat provided by a unit under window that had to run continuously and not controlled by a thermostat. It was the old fashioned kind where you dialed in a level of heat and cool. These types of units do not keep the room very comfortable. It was cool outside and our room was hot all night despite dialing up the unit to max cool.
