Water pressure in the shower was really bad. Both in the sink and the shower. I was charged $28 for checking in before 4pm to a room that was ready. Also additional $20 per day for parking which is not stated on the website, it was an unpleasant surprise.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and never had any issues but this stay was different. I am not sure if it is the staff or the hotel chain. The room smelt of rubbing alcohol, the pocket door to the bathroom did not work well. When I was able to close it, there was a spot that looked as if it had been kicked in at some point. Our room was not cleaned during the day and when you let the front desk know any of these issues, we were met with comments like, what would you like us to do about it. The price is excellent but it was disappointing to look at.

Property was clean and I always witnessed staff ensuring that it was up to par. Walls a little thin I heard upstairs bouncing on my head as well as next door and it was a little annoying . Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and would return!
