This was extremely difficult and irritating we had two nights paid for, when we came to check in they charged us another 430$ or so, said it was Expedia’s mistake and will refund us that, and now I got the final receipt and it’s a different number than both previous numbers. Just ridiculous and un needed. It was all paid for before hand and now we have all these extra charges making it confusing

Hotel amazing -- parking a rip off

The trip/hotel was great and the location was awesome. My only knock on it is the exorbitant price for parking ($43/night).

The service was mediocre, the female representatives were amazing and so kind. But when having to change rooms the manager seemed bothered. The room next over had loud music till 4:00 am and I had to call twice. The second day the phone didn’t work in the new room. Room had towels on the floor from the last customer. Not everything was fully set up.

The area of the hotel was nice and the lobby was nice. They have a koi pond and let the kids feed them which is great. I was definitely disappointed in the condition of the rooms. Most of the furniture showed age with peeling material. The bathroom floor looked dirty but I think it was just the style of tile. I hope. Checking in was easy. I asked for a crib but never got it, so that sucked. We got in around 7 so we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. We sat outside because we had little and they could run around. Took about 30 mins to have someone take our order and that’s only because we went inside to ask someone. The waitress that help us was not the best. She kept making sarcastic remarks about our kids and our “big” order. We even overheard her complaining inside. Said she couldn’t handle giving us waters so she told us where the refill station was. They offer a free breakfast which was great… we got there at 9am and everything was running out even the forks and spoons. Took awhile to refill the food and fruit.
