Clean, safe and easy

Stayed with my family and was a great experience- so close to sea world! The breakfast was decent although short staffed so they ran out of food and it was super messy. But the food was hot and fresh and great options. I didn’t like paying for parking but overall a great stay and will stay here again.

The checkin process was pretty easy. The downside was the cleanliness of the room. The fan in the shower did not work. Also you can see rust around the door frame. My child found stuff left from the previous people who stayed in the room (small toy, charger, and a cord). The complimentary buffet was decent.

No free parking

I booked the hotel thru hotels.com and recalled free breakfast and parking noted, two of the reasons I booked. But on check in, was told parking is an additional $26/day! I couldn't locate the free parking on my reservation so had to pay the extra money. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

Disappointing experience

Breakfast was terrible. Selection was minimal. One of the worst among Hampton Inn chain. Getting coins for laundry was a hassle. Had to withdraw cash from ATM but the evening shift at the front desk could not give me coins. Had to wash in the morning.
