Smell in hallway was terrible; ac made harsh noises at times, overall housekeeping was good but would short us on towels as 4 guests in room. They forgot to clean the room one day even though we requested 24 hours before service. They forgot to fill body lotion and body wash, restaurant food was okay, overall staff were good, has to use service elevators to access room from garage; construction smell was terrible; ice vending machine was broken throughout out entire 5 night stay

We have stayed at this property every July since 2019 (except 2020-Covid). It's always been great but this year the elevators were down so guests were instructed to use the service elevators. Those elevators were dirty & there was what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling of one of them & it sounded like it was going to fall apart. The staff is always super friendly but I'm not sure we'll stay here again next summer.
