Nice stay.

Wonderful stay. Clean building, parking lot, and room. Breakfast was good. The pool is heated and the kids loved it. Comfortable lounge areas near the pool and in the lobby. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was that we had booked a suite the was supposed to have three beds and two areas were given a room with two beds and a pull out sofa. The kids still thought it was cool.

Strongest Points for this hotel - It’s a good value, clean, great location, near Fashion Valley Mall, Good Free Breakfast… WiFi in rooms is a little spotty … Parking is a little expensive… Overall definitely recommend… will be back.

The property is nice and kept clean, with spacious rooms and a courteous and helpful staff. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of items and good coffee, although they had no half and half today, so that was an issue. However, my main issue was the bed, which was way too firm and caused me back and neck pain, so be warned if you don't like extra firm beds.

The property itself is great. We have stayed here many times over the years as we have family San Diego. We had issues when we requested our receipt at checkout. We will be traveling to San Diego again in June. Cancelling our stay at this hotel and have booked another hotel. Check your receipts. It took a week to get it cleared up.
