Stayed here for the first time. Clean and central. Hotel staff unfortunately need more training with respect to making mistakes and following up with solutions. Our room was given a late checkout to a preferred guest which we had to wait a few hours for — solution was to receive a smaller room or wait for the room we reserved.Check out was just as underwhelming as we were given another rooms bill which the staff could not determine until I pointed it out after combing a $400+ invoice that was pending -our room was paid for in advance through Expedia. Not much of an apology from the desk clerk either. Many other hotels to stay at as I would not recommend this property simply due to lack of hospitality training. Mistakes happen, knowing how to fix them is ultimately what makes guests return.

Very nice stay all around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were beautiful. The room was extremely comfortable. During practice had a very fun experience. My grandson was wearing a Spider-Man shirt, and a gentleman hosting our table had a surprise that he was actually wearing Spider-Man socks. Big smiles all around. Thank you.

Great stay! The hotel gives you a $25 credit each day of the stay so you can use it at their rooftop bar or lobby bar/restaurant. If you don’t want to pay the $65 valet you can park in the overnight public parking garage across from the westin. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again. 10 Minute walking distance to little Italy and 15 minute walk from Petco Stadium. Great stay if you want to be within walking distance of everything but far enough from the chaos.
