This is the vibe!

This was the ocean vibe I was looking for. You can not get a better experience on the harbor. This had fire pits everywhere, heated pools one was adult only (double thumbs up). Access to the marina with free paddle boarding, kayak and Jetski rentals. The restaurants had great food and there's plenty of nearby choices for more. the new renovated rooms were very clean very modern. MY only dislike was the free EV charging experience. I was grateful they had it, but it really needs to be monitored. There was a few cars charging and had finished their charging and just sat on the chargers for DAYS! This should be in the Valet area and have the valets move the cars off the charger when completed.

For the most part everyone was very helpful and the restaurant service staff were exceptional..especially server at the bar ..I had an issue at the check in with the young millennial that didn’t have much experience with Customer service but the manager assured me she would correct the billing he messed up!!

First time staying here and had a great time. We got there earlier then check in time but only waited an hour for our room which by the way they upgraded, we loved the convenience of dinning, walkable scenery the pool options with adults only, overall our stay was great, all staff were great, friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and very clean, comfy beds and great views. I recommend staying here.

My stay at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina exceeded every expectation and provided the perfect mix of relaxation, luxury, and convenience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that set the tone for a memorable visit. The location is unbeatable—nestled along the harbor with stunning views of the marina, bay, and skyline. Whether enjoying a morning coffee from my balcony or a sunset walk along the waterfront, the setting was absolutely serene. Being just minutes from the airport, downtown Gaslamp Quarter, and top attractions like Balboa Park and the USS Midway made exploring San Diego effortless. The accommodations were stylish, clean, and comfortable. I stayed in a room with a marina view and was genuinely impressed by the modern decor, plush bedding, and thoughtful touches. The resort’s amenities are top-notch, from the multiple outdoor pools and hot tubs to the state-of-the-art fitness center and scenic jogging paths. Dining at the on-site restaurants, especially the Harbor’s Edge and Quinn’s Ale House, was a delight. Fresh seafood, craft cocktails, and attentive service made each meal feel special. Bad service

Front desk member did not know anything I ask question he did not answer right. When I got to the room o didn’t get a double queen bed I got a king . When I got call front desk their response was there’s a pulled out bed couch. They didn’t help to say will change your room. I ordered room service for breakfast the food was cold and not appetizing. I expected better service since is San Diego my first time staying here.
