This Mission Beach getaway is found in a distinct and quirky neighborhood that embraces the laid-back lifestyle of Southern California! This incredible home is located in one of the favorite areas known for delicious local eateries, shops, and access to the sand and waves. Spend an evening walking around the boardwalk or grab a bite to eat at one of the many nearby restaurants. San Diego is known for various attractions, including the San Diego Zoo, Belmont Park, and SeaWorld.

This sprawling home offers plenty of space for groups or a family getaway. With a well-equipped kitchen, an open floor plan, and stunning views from every room, this beach bungalow is an oasis! With granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, this kitchen is perfect for cooking a complete homemade meal or just throwing together a quick snack. Two dining tables and a breakfast bar offer plenty of options for seating so that dinner can be a family affair.

The primary bedroom has a full bathroom and TV. One bedroom also has an en suite bathroom; another has a TV, and two feature access to the outdoor patio area so you can enjoy fresh air each morning during the sunrise. A crib is also available for younger children.

WiFi is provided so you can keep up to date on what's happening in the office, and a washer and dryer will keep your clothes clean and fresh throughout your stay. The patio has a gas grill and an excellent area to store your beach items.

With all of the comforts of home, you'll find yourself returning to this beautiful Southern California home repeatedly.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
