I was really satisfied with everything from the front desk person , the surrounding and the room was well maintained!!! I recommend it if you need a place to stay if on vacation!! So many great restaurants and places are just a walk away !!!

The property is extremely poor quality ; though one of the best rates in the city; you will have to welcome , roaches, spiders, dirty sheets + pillow cases & Little to no maid services . Filthy restrooms + bathrooms with mold & also residential tenants with wild habits + behaviors is included for free. Not to mention they will put you on the “do not rent” list for numerous reasons including but not limited to if you decide to get your own new sheets etc from the laundry room due to lack of service. The entire establishment is soaked in discrimination + toxic normalities. Beware.

I booked a room, paid the deposit, and produced my California driver’s license. HOWEVER I’m being denied service because my girlfriend doesn’t have her identification card. It’s is unreasonable to deny my me service because my girlfriend’s purse was stolen ande SHE doesn’t have an identification card. We both are obviously older adults and law abiding citizens. To deny a service connected disabled veteran a hotel room
