There was a power outage the very next day after we check inn that lasted 2 hours _10.30 to 12.30 . We were informed at the time we checked inn, on 09/28/2025. We have to change our plans due to that and leave the hotel earlier on 09/29/2025.

One of the worst check ins. Super rude, unfriendly and unprofessional front desk person. Shockingly bad. Acted like I was bothering her with my mere presence. Rushed me to fill out a form and demanded my ID and tried to grab the form that I hadn't had a chance to even fill out and made a pft sound because it wasn't complete in seconds. Threw my key card down and moved on to a personal phone call. I had to wait until she was done to ask for directions to my room. Turns out that it was in a completely different building that I had to drive to! Luckily I waited to find out. The room is decent if you don't mind the scratchiti elevators and dudes smoking weed in the parking by the door.

Staff was great and rooms were as expected for this star level. It was difficult to navigate as there are 2 buildings, and Uber cannot locate the North building. Just be aware and add extra time.

Cons: There are actually two buildings and you have to walk to the other one in a bit of a shady area (also problematic if you didn’t drive in and have mobility issues), rooms are old (even in the “new” building), carpet was dingy and had dirt on it, there were little stains on the walls and some even on clean towels, bed was uncomfortable and lumpy (mattress looked like it hadn’t been flipped and was visibly sinking), check in takes forever if you’re coming at a busy time (if you already checked in online you have to wait for everyone else to check-in in person and there is as no quick option) Pros: cheap, close to airport, reliable shuttle to and from the airport, security provided on walk to second building, complimentary breakfast was decent, check out was a breeze, bathrooms seem to be newly remodeled and had amazing lighting for makeup, quiet, in room thermostat, blackout curtains, fulfilled request to put me in a quiet room

Breakfast was really good the employees tending to the food was on it😊 checking in was frustrating there was 3 customers waiting to be checked in, no one up front helping us, when a lady finally came out and was a guy she tells another guest to us the iPad to check in, which was dead. Then you have to pay to park ur vehicle, not sure if that's a thing but not cool
