Chinatown Jewel

Excellent place to stay with free, secure parking included. Walking distance to Chinatown and many eating options. I didn’t get the balcony room but next visit I definitely will.

The staff is really helpful and friendly. I needed a different chair to sit on and they found one right away. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. If they got all new and good quality beds, this would be a great stay. The location was absolutely perfect for me. When I complained about the bed the management did more than they were required to to make things right which I truly appreciate.

Super clean, spacious room, and loved that valet parking was included. Safe location conveniently located at the edge of Chinatown and Little Italy, so there are tons of great cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Staff is friendly as well, looking forward to staying again in the future!

I really like this place. The location is very convenient. I can easily get access to foods, point of interests. In addition, the free parking in San Francisco is very attractive, especially on New Year’s Eve.

Great stay!

Our stay was great! The hotel had everything we needed. All of the staff were professional and accomodating. The free parking was a perk. Our main complaint was the bed not being comfortable. The hotel room was dated, but we expecting to get what we paid for. We were on the street side, it was fairly noisy during the day with the expected traffic but no issues for sleep at night. Beautiful views around the property and close to lots of fun sights. They had great restaurant recommendations.
