When we arrived a group of carolers were singing in a room near the front desk, which was a nice surprise. The gentleman at the front desk, Dhali, was so helpful, kind, and funny. He made the check-in truly a pleasurable experience, and offered us a bottle of wine. All the staff we interacted with were so lovely and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was really tasty. We had the lasagna and the pappardelle and were very happy with both. The room was clean, quiet and warm. We would happily stay here again.

I loved this stylish hotel … great bedding/towels and lovely little extras like the water bottle and refrigerator. The staff are also super friendly. It was a short stay so I didn’t need to access the wardrobe which was inaccessible due to the heavy chair positioned in a way that you couldn’t actually open the door. So aside from not being to hang clothing, it was fantastic 😃👍

The staff was absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the doorman to housekeeping. No matter the shift. But an extra special shoutout to the night staff. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Our room was cleaned everyday. The gym also gets my vote. Very centrally located. We requested a microwave and in 20min it was in our room. What a gem this hotel is. Thank you for making my Sons 8th birthday a very special one.

Front desk staff - all exceptional. Bed - hard as a rock. Lobby area beautiful. Bartenders - atrocious, overcharged vastly for one drink (at least nine dollars more than what was listed on the cocktail menu they handed me) Lukewarm water at best in tub/shower. Could not get heating system to work at all.

I had an amazing stay at The Marker in San Francisco. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free, and the location made it super easy to get around the city. My only small complaint is that the in-room TV setup is limited to cable only. It would be great to have access to streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, or YouTube for more entertainment options. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
