The following facilities are closed seasonally each year. They will be closed from 22 December to 1 January:

A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. Business amenities include a business centre and meeting rooms. A vending machine, multilingual staff, and gift shops/newsstands are also featured at the business-friendly Hilton San Jose. Parking is available for a fee. A complete renovation of Hilton San Jose was completed in January 2022. This San Jose hotel is smoke free.
