We were very disappointed with the stay because of the entire pool area being closed for service. We chose this hotel based on the pool and jacuzzi and were shocked to find it was closed. The front desk told me that they told Expedia is was closed or not in service however on Expedia website it states the indoor pool is open. I feel we should get a refund from Expedia for our stay because it was false advertising and deceptive to list pool as an amenity when it had been closed for repair. Expedia was notified by the Hampton inn but did not remove pool from the list of hotel features. Hilton Hampton inn states they notified the company Expedia. We would not have stayed here if we had known there was no pool. We feel Expedia should refund us for our stay due to their false advertising. Our family is disappointed with our stay here and feels that we should be refunded due to this issue. Hampton inn employee told us that it states pool closed on their website. Expedia needs to have all updated information for customers to make a good choice for their vacation. False advertising and misleading information. We specifically booked this hotel for the pool! Will never use Expedia again.

Check-in was ridiculous! 1st the keys didn't work. Got them re-keyed didn't work, they opened the door to find the room occupied. Gave us another room keys didn't work. Got them re-keyed. 45 minutes later got in. In the meantime I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't do that because I went through a 3rd party, which is you. So, what are you going to do to make this right?

Clean, comfortable, and quiet place

The hotel is nice, it was clean and quiet. The pool was under renovations which was unfortunate because it's one of the reasons why I chose it. Our bathtub drained slowly. The breakfast food was good and the staff were very friendly.

Clean. Noises in area adjacent to my room were jarring and started early morning. Heater/ac very loud, too. Hard to get to sleep.I didn’t request a “disability “ room, but that’s what they gave me . Maybe they thought I was deaf and would not hear all the noise?

Bummed about the pool closure

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and staff interactions, though limited were helpful. We chose this hotel based on the fact that it "had an indoor pool". However after we checked in we learned that the pool was closed. If we hadn't already checked in we might have gone to a different hotel. Instead of a fun afternoon in the pool, we had to scramble to find alternative family friendly activities

Comfortable and convenient

The room was comfortable and unremarkable. We slept well, the AC was great, no strange smells. The room fridge didn't get cold enough, so ended up using our Igloo and the ice machine; the pool was closed for renovation which was a bummer when traveling with kids. The highlight was the breakfast with the waffle maker and toppings. The eggs, sausage, potatoes and is the heat and serve types sold to hospitals/hotels. We didn't mind and the kids looked forward to it. They subtly changed the menu each day e.g. omelette, scramble, patty sausage, sweet portugese, which was unexpectedly fun.

Clean and spacious rooms

Great clean hotel. Only issue we experienced was the shower drain wasn’t draining very well. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t have a phone cord attached. I called using my cell phone and spoke to someone at the front desk who at least tried to remedy the drain issue.
