The room was comfortable enough. The location was what sold me. It would’ve been perfect, but the family in the room above us had a child that was running or bouncing loud enough that kept me from resting. The four stars is for the view.

Disappointed

So disappointed in this stay, we booked a king size room and we were given a double bed. The staff didn’t seem concerned about rectifying this and at 8 months pregnant a full size bed for a couple is not ok or comfortable. The noise level was absurd. The staff was incredibly loud starting at 6:30 in the morning; speaking, shouting, and laughing right outside of our room with zero consideration. We are leaving more tired and extremely unrested when this was supposed to be our prebaby getaway. Wishing we had spent the little extra money to stay at the vespera hotel across the way.

We loved staying ocean front! You can hear the waves in our room. We did not like that we could hear the dog barking next door. We paid $600 for one night and to hear a dog barking non stop was not relaxing or enjoyable!

Mikayla at the front desk did an amazing job accommodating our needs. She allowed us to check in early and made sure our dog Max got all his doggy amenities! The hospitality staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with extra towels and coffee for our room. We look forward to staying again.

This is a case of misleading advertising. I booked a deluxe double Queen room with a balcony, and when we got to the hotel they said they only had a room with a patio - which was literally on the street in front of some run down houses. On top of that the parking fees were a surprise. We will not go back and do not recommend this hotel
