This elegant 4 bedroom home is located just minutes from Cordevalle Golf Course, one of the stops on the PGA tour. The home is located on the beautiful wine trail that spans from Morgan Hill to Gilroy. Minutes from downtown Morgan Hill home to premier restaurants. Located 35 minutes from Pacific Grove and Monterey Bay. 20 minutes south of San Jose.
In this lovey home we purchase all new sheets for each room for our guests. We also provide Keurig machine for coffee and hot tea.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Hill Country Golf and Country Club. Features include an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and laundry facilities. A private pool and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

Amazing Family Get Together

This house was the perfect place for us to gather with family from around the country. We loved the pool, hot tub and full basketball court, and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals together. Edwin was attentive and and a wonderful host. We'll be back again.

Perfect Getaway

WOW! What a beautiful gem we found in Casa San Martin. The house is more than beautiful! The home is perfectly appointed, we had everything we needed. The grocery stores were just 3 miles down the road, super convenient. From the pool, to hot tub, the basketball court, to the fire pit... my family's time there was so well spent. We had so much fun, relaxed and rested. The location of the home is easy to get to, there is plenty of parking. Communication with Edwin and Melissa was seamless. Seriously - Edwin and Melissa, thank you so much for opening your home. My family had a really special time and we hope to return!!

the place was well clean, Edwin was helpful, nice area, clean pool, basketball court we hade a tournament between the guys it was my 32nd bday and I felt at home, and so did my company, we will be booking again soon... thank you for everything

Great space but needs some attention

8 of us stayed at this property. The size of the place was amazing. The manager and his wife were great. However, there were a few things that needed attention. When paying this much per night we expected everything to be in top shape. The dishwasher didn't work, the hot tub got hot only one night, the master bedroom was like a sauna and made it very difficult to sleep. When they say heat raises, it went right up to the master bedroom. The lower floor stayed cool but a couple of people said they were freezing. The kitchen was a great size, and the double oven came in handy. Never the less, we all had a great time. We did see a mountain lion and heard a pack of wild dogs (or at least it sounded like wild dogs) This property was very private and was exactly what we were looking for. If everything was working properly we would be giving 5 stars.
