Bathroom was dirty with someone else’s hair in bathtub. Almost no hot water available. Wife took shower and ran out of water due to “line breakage” air conditioner/ heater installation was not completed correctly as you could see from outside to inside around the unit 1/2 inch opening. Had to stuff paper towels and plastic in the opening to prevent anyone from seeing inside, and to stop the cold air from coming in. Tv was not plugged in, nor had any cable running to it so no tv the whole stay. One of the rooms wasn’t ready two hours after check in time.

If you are allergic to dogs this is not the hotel for you. The carpet in our room was stained and smelled of animal. For the price I was not impressed.

This hotel is absolutely filthy. From floor to ceiling grim. Super disappointed in our stay. Couldn’t use the hot tub because it was so gross. Hair, oil, skin all floating around. Honestly the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d guess they spent all the time and money in getting the hip furniture and no time or money on deep cleaning and it showed. There was also NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM NEAR THE KITCHEN!! Huge health code violation. Super disappointed. I hope this helps them fix some issues and they have a long term of business though.

They advertised a fully remodeled hotel. We got there and the construction was still going on. There was no dining room, we had to dine in a bar with uncomfortable tables and chairs. No swimming pool available. When we checked in we were given a room already taken. We had to come back to reception and request a different room. The price we paid was higher than the service we got.

For being a jr suite, it is small. Once the sofa bed comes out it meets the king bed and blocks passage. Some rooms should have bars in the tub to prevent slippage especially for us srs. I hoped to see a small kitchenette space but the coffee maker sits on top of the microwave on the small tabletop. Our room was at the last bldg and when you return from dinner after dark, walking to your bldg down the walkway was very dark. I almost fell when I rounded the corner too early. It needs more lighting along the pathway.
