I had to have the desk set the tv with a remote that they possessed which was an inconvenience. I was told they were new tvs but were not set up to function independently, sad situation. The mattress on my bed is very worn and should have probably been replaced before the tv. In the bathroom, the new mirror is smaller than the old one so the wall needs to be painted. The exhaust fan over the shower does not work, I tried all three switches to no avail.

No swimming pool, which we could live without. No hair dryer in the room, which irritated my wife. The bathroom fan didn't work. There was no ice machine on site. We couldn't get any TV stations to come in, through the channel information appeared. The beds were on metal frames which squeaked when you moved around on the bed. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. This place is okay for a cheap one-night stay but if you are on vacation forget about it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room, which had apparently been recently renovated, was very nice and clean. My only negative comment is that the shower curtain is too short and allows shower spray to get onto the bathroom floor way too much. I'm giving this motel 5 stars, assuming that this minor problem will be quickly fixed. We'll be back.
