The property was fine for the overnight stay; easy to find and park. The staff were pleasant and courteous. An annoying aspect of the otherwise nicely designed room with USB charging ports and bright reading lights was the constant noise from the refrigerator. Although it did not impact my stay, the common area (hall, stairwell) carpets clearly have seen better years.

Service needs not addressed

Although it was clean inside and staff was friendly, there was a major issue with the door. Even though it was green, cannot open it unless you pulled the handle in and the push off the door with your whole body to open. That’s what we learned to do. The staff was notified at check in at about 4 pm and had to help us get in. Staff said will make a note for maintenance to work on the door. The next day, the day staff also noted that the door maintenance need had been entered twice. However the door did not get fixed. We always had to have one person inside to let the other person in just in case. Second, on the day we were supposed to check out, the key already did not work after breakfast at 9am, even though check out was 11. We had to have it re-activated. When we went to the staff to get it re-activated, the staff was cleaning off a few tables in the breakfast room. She asked us to wait until she had finished cleaning the tables. Although the cleaning didn’t take long, that’s not what good customer service should look like. Customers should we first, especially when there was no one in the breakfast room.

Mold growing in the bathroom of room 136. Front desk said there was no other rooms available night I checked in. 6am next morning as I was leaving for work I asked front desk “different person” if there was any other rooms available she said yes 135 rite across the hall. She had no answer as to why night shift wouldn’t switch my room. Very unacceptable

The place is fine. Some of the other people staying there are sketchy. Big trucks park in small spaces. People hang out in the parking lot. Inside the room is fine. I really like the TV and the water pressure in the bathroom.

Refreshed and clean, quiet room w noisy bed

Convenient and quiet location. Clean facility and friendly staff. The room seemed to be recently remodeled but I took one star off because the spring mattress is not comfortable, I can feel the spring sleeping on it and it squeaks.
