We were only staying a few hours. The man who checked me in was very rude. The room and property didn’t look like the photos at all. It was dirty and broken doors and cracked walls all over. Then our comforter had blood on it in several spots and there were dead flies on the top of the bed. When we called for new sheets and blankets he brought us a fitted sheet. Then we checked the other bed and it was all covered in brown stains. I contacted hotels.com and the only resolution was to checkout which for us wasn’t an option since it was 2am and our kids had fallen asleep. No one was helpful. We left feeling dirty and annoyed.
Tub was nasty the man was rude they gave my room away with the balcony didn't lower my price

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Big disappointment
This hotel has great pctures, but is not what it shows. Our room was not clean - stained tub, hair on the floor, torn bath mat, unclean mirrors - quart jars with plastic spoons for jelly and only bread and what appeared to be dinner rolls, some cereal, and maybe a waffle maker (unsure if it worked). Property appeared to be habited by a number of long-term "residents".
Hallway carpet looked old and not vacuumed. The bathtub was rusty, took a little bit to figure out how to start the shower due to old fixtures. The hallway door going to outside didn’t shut and lock properly which is a safety concern. Breakfast was very basic. The beds were comfortable, probably the only positive along with it being near the airport.
Do not be fooled by the beautiful pictures posted. It is a dump. The free continental breakfast consisted of a loaf of bread, a jar of jelly, rotten bananas, and three boxes of cereal. The ice machine was broken . What a joke. Waste of money. Someone tried to open our door. THANK GOD we had the door locked. The bathroom was pitiful. So dingy dirty. NEVER AGAIN.

The hallways looked very dirty. There was a nice seating area outside, but the pool was not clean and the fire table didn’t work. We were wanting to sit outside by it in the evening. The breakfast was very minimal-if many ate I feel like they would run out of food.

The room was very musty smelling. The tub looked like their was fecies. The bed linens on the one bed were not clean. If it wasn't so late and we already paid I would have left
Hotel was disgusting. Told to use back door that was close to our room and would need our key to enter. went around the door was broken and anyone could enter. Told it was non-smoking and that we would be fined, no problem we don’t smoke but upon entering the room it reaked of smoke and was being “covered up” by an awful smelling room fragrance that was so strong I had a headache all night. Bugs creeping on the walls, I don’t think a vacuum had ever been used in the halls. Talked to front desk first thing in the morning asked for a refund for our last two days and checked out early. They said they would get back to me. Really doubt it but wouldn’t stay here ever. I could also tell you about the bathroom but honestly I am sure you can guess based on the room. Also the free breakfast left something to be desired.
This is what we call a druggie hotel. The carpet has stains all over it while you're walking through the halls. It's never been vacuumed and the carpets have never been cleaned. I went into my first room. There were rust stains in the shower tiles falling off, paint peeling. You name it. The place was crazy. I got my second room. It was better, but thank God I wasn't with my family or we would have had to leave. It was just me, so I made it through the night and got out of there first thing in the morning. People hanging out all outside. It's a trash sh*t hole. I will never stay again, and at $$ a night. I just couldn't believe how disgusting this place was. They say there's a breakfast. It was the sorriest laziest, trashiest, bullsh**tiest breakfast in the universe. Run as fast as you can!!!!!!
Have stayed here many times over the past 6 or so years. This was the WORST toilet was not property set on the wax ring, it wobbled and leaked all over the floor. I reported it the first morning--was told it would be fixed. NOT!! mold growing on the wall in the bathroom. TV remote only worked about half the time. Lets talk security--the door closest to my room was broken as in no glass in it. and propped open with an overflowing trash can. I hope that this can be fixed correctly--as I am not sure that I can stay there again. Yours will NOT be the first place I have left after years of services, but the quality has gone too far down for me to spend my hard earned $ with unsatisfactory results
Add they say.."you get what you pay for. " we were only staying one night. Front desk people were very nice however, one look at the filthy hallway carpet and the smell of pot, i started to worry. Bathroom door would not shut as well. Continental breakfast .. don't bother! Tables and folding chairs in an empty banquet room. Won't be back
Check in was easy, we had two rooms both rooms were in pretty rough shape. one room I had killed two small cockroachs. The other room had mold around the tub. Carpets in the hall were disgusting bleach stains and what looked like puke stains. People were obviously smoking in their rooms cuz you could smell it when you came in. We didn't have a whole lot of options as it have been a long day but this hotel needs some serious help.
