Floor was dirty, they put a lamp in the bathroom instead of fixing the broken light, no water pressure, showerhead too far down. The only good thing was the staff and the bed was comfy.

Area surrounding the property was dismal, downtrodden, and unappealing. (By the area, I mean the general streets and lots, structures, etc.) Hotel seemed to have 1 cart available and it did not roll well. Check-out rep (Rosie) was the nicest part of the stay. Very pleasant and friendly.

Small disturbance

We're staying in room 400 and heard a terrifying series of screams around 8:22 am. They stopped immediately after. We're assuming it was a guest's phone, tv, or their awakening from a night terror.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was minimum but fine and if you want a full breakfast IHOP is in the front half of the parking lot.
