"Great location but hotel is badly let down by poor room. We had a shower which didn’t drain therefore flooded the bathroom also the sink didn’t drain. The wardrobe was very difficult to close, the WiFi was weak so could not get connected. The decor was scruffy and we could not get the heating to work. There was a portable radiator so suspect this was a previous issue. Very disappointed overall as you can guess. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok"

"Our room was tired. It had stained ceiling tiles, fraying carpet on the entrance to the ensuite, stained carpet, mini fridge inoperative.
In addition to the above, the hotel was undergoing renovation in the lobby area, the breakfast was very poor value for money.
Overall, a poor visitor experience. "
