One night stay

This is a clean less expensive hotel that was perfect for a last minute stay due to bad weather. Didn't hurt that ut was just blocks away from Hard Rock Casino, either. Breakfast was good as well.

Other than the manager and one other staff member, staff was rude and never apologized for all the inconveniences that happened during my stay. Worst customer service and now I’m stuck with extra charges I didn’t authorize. Thanks for ruining my holidays.

My only complaint was there was no in room coffee maker. I like to have a cup of coffee before I get ready for the day. I had to get dressed and go to the lobby early morning just to get a cup of coffee.
