Lovely family friendly stay

Lovely hotel in a very central location. Staff were wonderful and it was very child friendly. Also it was only a short walk to the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

We wete in a superior room, which was ewuivalent to a premier inn in the UK. The only thingvI didn't like was the pillows. Which is the norm for spain.

Comfortable and friendly hotel, great value

This hotel is a high value stay in Sitges. It is very comfortable, well-maintained and clean, if not slightly dated, and right in the center of the town. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The large buffet breakfast, included in the room price, was quite good and we looked forward to it daily. Free espresso machines in the lobbies, a nice pool deck, and a very pleasing layout to the larger rooms in the annex made this a hotel we recommend.

Highly recommend

The rooms are quite dated, however, that is more than made up for by location, cleanliness, the pool area, quality breakfast, price and customer service. There is a real old fashioned charm to this hotel, and for the price it is hard to criticise. The staff really go the extra mile here and the location is perfect for the train station, town centre, restaurants and bars. I’ll certainly return.

We were very disappointed because we didn’t feel that we got a good value for the high price we paid for the room. To start the room we were given was very small, didn’t have a fridge or a desk or area to work. The pool was kept cold and the Turkish bath (displayed in the hotel pictures at Expedia) had been out of service for a while according to an employee and he didn’t know when it would be back in service. The bed was comfortable. The toilet ran out of water the morning before our departure so we didn’t bother to call the front desk. Overall it was an underwhelming experience.

Nice place. Shower was amazing. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant. Easy walk to the railway station, the shops and not far from the beach. The tea and coffee in the lounge is a nice touch. Made for a lovely week away

Great hotel with amazing breakfast

Great hotel to stay within easy walking distance of everything, including tje train station. Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast included. Standard rooms are quite small and our room had no view. Fine but they could make the window box planters look a bit more attractive with succulents or even fake flowers rather than a planter box full of dry soil.

Hotel Gallion.

Amazing service from the entire team, genuinely wanted to provide the best service. The decor is a little dated, it you won’t find a better breakfast included in the price in Sitges! We’ve been coming for years and will carry on! Can’t recommend highly enough!
