Okay Beds and Room. terrible heating and insulaton

Beds were good. Bathroom was clean and functional. However the HVAC was terrible. The room has a heat pump housed in a little closet with a steel vented panel. The draft through that panel was awful. And the heat pump was loud it kept waking me up.
