The chalet is located in a quiet wooded area just seven miles from Heavenly Ski Resort and nearby casinos. The surrounding South Lake Tahoe area offers year-round outdoor recreation including skiing, hiking, lake activities, and many other adventures.
Rental Policies
Check-In Requirement
Per local ordinance, guests must pick up keys and complete check-in at the office where a property overview will be provided. Self check-in is not available.
Age Requirement
The minimum age to rent this property is 25. The primary renter must be present for the entire stay. A driver’s license will be required for all bookings. Guests who fail to meet the minimum age requirement at check-in will be evicted without refund.
Pet Policy
This property is dog-friendly for one to two dogs. Breed and weight restrictions may apply. Advance notice is required and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for their dogs. If pets are brought without prior notice, an additional non-refundable charge will apply.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300 fee.
Starter Supplies
A complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens is provided. Additional supplies needed during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility.
