It didn’t have a door lock wasn’t really feeling safe to sleep the bed supposedly was queen but it was more like a size full and the mattress was super hard the water pressure from the shower was barely coming out theres no microwave no fridge and to top it off when we were about to lay down a cockroach came out of the pillow we tried getting at least a partial refund or room change no luck, crazy thing is we had stayed here 3yrs ago it was nothing like this

Staff unprepared at check in, took a while. Pool out of service. Mattress dirty and uncomfortable. Light didn't work. Shower spilled water all over the place. No fridge or microwave.

The room is very small but tidy. The shower had cracked floors which gave me the heebie-jeebies but I don't think it really matters. The AC was super cold and the Wi-Fi was fast enough. I slept well in the bed.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

There was : - Dead moths & Cockroaches on the floor - stains on the walls and in the toilet - the bathtub was peeling paint & when I stepped unto it, it caved in - the shower curtain pole fell off twice - the sheets had stains - the mini fridge wasn’t cleaned AND TO TOP IT OFF THERE WAS A POWER OUTAGE ON THE ISLAND & WHEN I POLITELY ASKED WHEN AND IF THE LIFHTS WERE TO COME BACK ON THE ATTENDED SAID “IDK YOULL KNOW WHEN I KNOW”. MIND YOU IM NOT FROM HERE. IM A GUEST. I REQUESTED A REFUND BUT I WAS MET WITH ATTITUDE AND A POLITICAL COMMENT; “YOU CITY LIBERAL PEOPLE”. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THIS MOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!! NO POOL, NO ICE, NONE OF THE AMENITIES ON THE BOOKING SIGHT. You’d be better off sleeping on the beach in a sleeping bag. Absolutely the WORST place we’ve stayed on the island. NEVER AGAIN. Outdated, bugs, nasty beds and bathroom. STAY AWAY!!!! You REALLY don’t want to even VISIT here.
