The facility is very nice. Food served was good, but what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Shout out to the manager and Javi from the front desk.

Is a five, but only got a four overall because there is only one elevator and we often had to wait only to wait again since car was full (we were on fifth floor) I could not use pool area because I found it too hot and muggy. Had some trouble breathing. However, everything else was excellen. Definitely what you want to find. Enjoyable stay
