All the staff that I encountered in my 12 day stay were great. my only negative comment is that the every other day refresh of the room somehow got screwed up and then we were off schedule. I also think that there should be a "better" cleaning of the room on those days as well. Having said this, we did enjoy our stay and the staff that we encountered.

I paid for parking in Springfield, Outrageous. Will never stay here again of make are recommendations to anyone. If I need i had to pay parking? Checking in at 9 pm paid for a full day, checked out at 10 am paid for another full day. I will never stay at any of theese properties again , going back to Best Western

the staff and the hotel was amazing it was clean and maintain well. We use the pool and it was clean. The only thing that I didn't like about my stay was there was a huge pool party there and people fighting till three in the morning. this was a Thursday night so I can only imagine what might happen on the weekends.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The hotel itself was hidden from the main road and had no sign near the main road. The private road to the hotel is full of huge potholes. There’s limited parking and the and sidewalks to the entrance are very uneven and broken. The 1 bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchenette was a great set up and what we needed but it was very dated, and not the cleanest it should’ve been. The towels were stained with dirty footprints, the sofa was stained, the kitchen floor was sticky. There were 4 teenage boys yelling while they ran up and down the halls bouncing balls at 10:30pm in which I had to ask them to please stop 3 times. This is not your typical Marriott by any means.

Found a vibrator in my room. The hotel rooms are filthy. Do not come here. They didn’t even refund the full amount after my toddler found the vibrator next to the bed. I will never go to a Marriott again. They handled this so poorly.

The spaciousness of the room was good as were the appliances. The air conditioning system was extremely noisy and did not take the humidity out of the air. Stains on the carpet and dust on the molding in the bathroom.The room always felt damp and musty even with the AC setting on 68 as that was as low as it would go. Our clothing felt damp and the towels hung up in the bathroom never dried. We requested a room change because of the noisy AC and we were moved to another room easily but that was not much better. We checked out early and requested a refund for the remaining days which I am waiting to receive. I would not stay there again.
