Welcome to Beach Lawn Cottage, an iconic oceanfront escape on beautiful Saint Simons Island, where coastal elegance meets modern comfort in a newly reimagined setting. Freshly renovated and expanded with an additional bedroom and bathrooms, this luxury retreat now features six spacious bedrooms and six full bathrooms, offering ample space for up to 12 guests to relax, reconnect, and soak in the beauty of the coast.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours!


Any group gatherings and events at this property are strictly limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Spring Break groups and other events such as weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, etc., are strictly prohibited and enforced by the HOA
