Upon check in ut was extremely hot standing waiting in line. I was praying my room wouldn't have this issue. However, get to the room its extremely hot went up in degrees when it supposed to be set @ 62 but said 73 felt like i2. Shower wasn't draining properly started to fill up. Maintenance was called they were very nice brought us fan since AC wasn't working properly & worked on plumbing issue

I recently stayed at your hotel and had one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, I was placed in a smoking room—something I did not request. I immediately asked to be moved to a non-smoking room, which was accommodated. However, the new room did not have a refrigerator. When I requested one, I was told it would cost an additional $25 per day. This is unreasonable, especially since I was informed that the hotel is undergoing renovations and that eventually all rooms will have refrigerators. For now, only “upgraded” rooms or some older rooms include one. Later during my stay, I called housekeeping to request extra pillows. I was on hold for over 30 minutes, repeatedly routed through the automated system without ever reaching a live person. I eventually gave up, completely frustrated. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, especially for a location near the state line where guests expect better value and service. I strongly urge management to address these issues, as I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone until improvements are made.

This was hands down the WORST hotel experience I've ever had. Where do I begin? When we checked in, the front staff staff had zero interest in welcoming guest let alone even doing their jobs. We arrived in our room to find A. They had given us the wrong room. We had reserved a standard king and were put in a double queen. B. The room old, smelly and we even found a used wipe on the floor near the floor lamp. I called the guest services line and was told we'd need to come back down to the front desk and "negotiate " our room issue with them. He also said the hotel was at capacity and i could try?!? We decided to just stay and I'll tell you, I'd have been better off sleeping on the floor. The bed, instead of being flat turned into a V shape and i had springs poking my side all night. Between being stabbed by springs, the alarm clock going off at 3am and the child next door screaming at 2am, 4am and 6am, I was done. I could elaborate on the MANY service mishaps that graced this stay but I will leave my review with one final thought. DO NOT STAY HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY! I will be calling management first thing monday morning and demanding a refund. I did not pay $300 for a night of torture and poor service. Shut this place down and get it together.

Rooms not in good shape

The bed was sagging, nightstand ready to fall apart, hot water faucet spun-no hot water or any kind of water from that faucet, and air conditioner was ineffective. The room stayed over 75 for the most part.

The property is clean and has a good vibe. The room we stayed in was in the heavenly level and lacked in cooling due to lack of direct control. The sheets were a bit starchy and could use some softener. The restaurant staff (host and waiter) were very friendly and did a great job.

Overall the space of the room was decent but the everything was outdated. Bathroom was very small and bath tub was dirty. There was a lot of dust on the headboard. The first room we got the AC wasn’t working. Front desk told us they can bring a fan but it was really hot so we rather move to a different room but they told us they were going to have someone come up to check out the AC first. Eventually they did give us a different room, new room was dirty the same as first room.

It was okay. For the price, you would definitely expect more. There's no fridge in the room, and the ice machine was broken on our floor. Then we tried to order room service because there was a button for it on the phone. Guess what? No room service anymore, and the person who answered the phone just laughed it off that there was still a button on the phone. For $460 a night with fees and parking, it seems like there would have been mode amenities. Instead, it really felt like a basic hotel experience.

Upon check in they gave me the key to an occupied room. When I got into my room, there was water damage in the ceiling above the bed and the air conditioner did not work. Housekeeping opened our door and came in at 8am while we were still asleep. I would not recommend.

This is not a place to stay anymore when visiting the South Lake Tahoe area! The showers were cold and not just once but a handful of times. This place also doesn’t have amenities that should be included. A Motel 6 has more amenities than this place. We had no microwave and no fridge. We had to pay $25 per day to have a fridge in the room. Won’t ever stay in this hotel again. Would have given it 0 stars if not for the close proximity to other events.
