Mercure White Hart Hotel Salisbury and Apartments
"The hotel is situated within very easy walking distance to the cathedral literally five minutes and the same into the town centre. It has a good sized car park at the rear with £7.50 overnight stay (24hrs) The exterior building is sadly falling into disrepair which is such a shame because it has a lovely frontage but all the cladding is cracking and the woodwork around all windows is in a dreadful state - the bedroom I was in overlooked a roof area which was not a pretty sight at all and looking out mine and all window frames were rotten through - dreadful! It needs a complete exterior refurb with new windows and frames as they really are so bad - crumbling away I’m amazed they don’t have bad damp issues Inside the hotel is decorated to a nice standard - it was comfortable - breakfast was a good choice I was only there overnight in a standard room but it was comfortable and clean Reception staff all very nice and helpful "
