Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee maker and dining room on main level. Bedroom with Queen and bath on main level. 3 bedrooms upstairs: master with King, TV, desk and leather couch; second room with Queen; third room with timber bunk beds and a full bed, plus Smart TV. Laundry and full bath upstairs. No smoking please!

- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- All homes are equipped with high-speed internet unless otherwise noted in the property description; however, during peak travel periods, speeds may fluctuate due to increased demand throughout the Tahoe area.
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
