Ron didn't have heat so I had to wait until maintenance came and switched out window unit. Had to go buy some room spray because it smelled like cat urine. Breakfast, the bread was very stale as the doors are broken to the bread box holder thing. Checking in was so slow I almost left the hotel to get another place to sleep. Besides that everything was ok.

The air conditioner wasn't working in the room. The room had a smell to it. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Made me feel dirty.

Front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. You can tell this was an old hotel that underwent renovation but the updates do a good job of making the space feel new. The rooms felt a bit stuffy but that is what I typically encounter in hotel rooms with window AC.
