There was pubic hair in our shower, melted cheese on one of the countertops by the TV, the ceiling was so thin you could hear every footstep from above. The TV barely worked with local TV stations cutting in and out. Finally, it was freezing in our room and the heater didn’t work when we tried to put it on.

I always stay here when I go to Temecula, you can walk to old town Temecula. The casino is 7 mins away. Wineries 10 mins away. Perfect location.

First room they gave had a clogged sink. I also asked for a late chexkout the day of checkin and they said yes only for the next day for someone to say no. Horrible, just horrible service
