The villa boasts four well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The first bedroom offers a super king bed and access to a private terrace, while the second bedroom has a queen bed with patio doors opening to the pool and patio area. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and full-size bunk beds, and the fourth has a king bed accessible via the rear patio.



Each bedroom is complemented with an ensuite bathroom, fitted with walk-in showers, modern washbasins, WC facilities, and wall-mounted hairdryers for your convenience.



The property is equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen featuring a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A separate drying area houses the washing machine.



The living/dining area is an inviting, open space designed for relaxation. It is furnished with plush sofas and offers a 52-inch HD Smart TV with a SKY TV Package including Sports and Movies. The outdoor space features a kidney-shaped pool measuring 7m x 3.2m, with a depth ranging from 1.2m to 1.5m. The pool is electrically heated from November to April and offers easy access via Roman Steps. You can also unwind in the adjacent Jacuzzi, enjoy a game of pool or table football, or indulge in al fresco dining courtesy of a built-in BBQ.



The villa offers a ramp for ease of interior access and features large walk-in showers for convenience. Air conditioning also serves as a heating system for the colder months. For added security, an alarm system and a safety deposit box are in place. Off-road parking for two cars is available.



Located in the prestigious area of Los Mojones, the villa is in proximity to an array of restaurants, shops, and activities. The nearest beach is 1km away, a supermarket at 0.45km, and the resort area at 0.75km. The airport is approximately 10km away, and the nearest golf course is 2.36km away.



For longer stays between 10 to 13 nights, a mid-stay cleaning service is offered, which includes a change of linen and towels. All towels, including pool/beach towels, are provided for your convenience.
