Same-day bookings must be made by 12:00 pm CST to receive unlock code for check-in after 4 pm CST. Pull-out sofa sleeper is located in the living room to accommodate two people. Two, single air mattresses can be used in the family room for the 12-14th member of your party. The owner is a licensed Realtor in the state of Iowa.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used linens in the laundry room. Return any moved furniture to original position, if moved. Empty refrigerator and bring trash containers to the curb for Tuesday collection.
Lock all windows and doors, and ensure garage doors are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Guests are asked to empty the frig and take the trash to the curb and start the dishwasher with all soiled dishes upon check-out.
Guests are asked to remove soiled linens from the beds and bathroom and place them on the floor in the kitchen upstairs or laundry room downstairs.
Same day book by 12 pm. Pets MAY be approved under 15 lbs and past host references for $25/night and an additional deposit.
