Black Diamond Penthouse This wonderful penthouse condo is a 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom residence on the top floor of three with large windows and a comfortable living space. Incredible mountain views from the living room, deck and several bedrooms. There is an elevator to easily get to and from the garage. One of the two leather couches pulls out into a Queen-Sized Bed. Sleeps up to 7 comfortably. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and has new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, bar stools and a kitchen table. The living room has a comforting gas fireplace and a flatscreen TV. There is a nice, large deck just off the living room to enjoy on summer afternoons or Apres Ski. Mr. Coffee style coffee maker. Portable a/c units in the living room and bedrooms for those hot summer days. *Ski access via Home Again Trail is 100% snow dependent. There is no guarantee it will be open at the time of your booking.
The master bedroom suite has a queen bed, dresser and private access to the deck with huge mountain views. The master also has a private bathroom with tile enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and the third bedroom has a paid or twin beds. These two bathrooms have access to the second full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.
Wifi and cable TV are provided. An in unit washer/dryer is provided. The unit comes with one underground private parking space, a ski locker on the garage floor. There is a large, outdoor hot tub for the use of Black Diamond guests. (Ski season/winter only) It is only shared with 8 total units.
