Bad service

When we arrived there the room we had the sheets was dirty and the bathroom didn't look like it had been clean, we contact the front desk she told us to come get more sheets to make up our own bed, also when we said the bathroom wasn't clean she said that everyone clean is different, clean is clean if its dirty then it's not clean.just very bad service all away around.

The front desk could not use my debit card to pay the bill! Luckily, I had enough cash! The card reader read my wife’s debit card fine for the $20 fee!

We had an amazing time. This hotel was so much better than the last one we got. They were friendly, and respectful. Anything I needed all I had to was ask and they got it for us.

The hotel needs a lot of attention. The rooms are in poor condition. Cracking, dirty walls, dirty carpets and drapes ( what parts of the drapes that are hung up.) We had to change rooms because of lighting issues. Staff was very nice. It’s a convenient location. I hope they update the rooms. Won’t go back until they do.

You get what you pay for!

Gone downhill a lot! Used to at least be clean. First room had no lightbulbs in the light or cord to the phone. Second had carpet coming up and the shower went hot and cold randomly with little pressure. Outlets would not keep plug in for the few that were there. The microwave and tv were plugged into the lamp so you had to choose the charge something or watch tv…breakfast was stale and Luke warm and greasy. Coffee was not drinkable….will not stay here again and we used to stay here a lot. Each time it’s gotten worse and worse. We barely made it through this time…cheap but that’s the only plus!

My original room was 319, the bathroom was filthy, received another room 314 shower was missing back cover couldnot use 3rd room 403 bathtub was fility grimey needs to be recaulked wife could not take a bath

I was over charged $100. The company i booked through tried for a week to get you to return my 100 you guys agreed to give me $20. I have yet to see the money. On the second night we had to change rooms bc the shower was not working. I was told that I would get $50 for the inconvenience. I never got it. I have huntingtons disease and you are talking advantage of people with disabilities that is not ok. Food was cold, the hotel was dirty and outdated.

I hate electronic key cards that don't work! Such a pain. Bathrooms here are tiny. The volume control on the tv didn't work; the range of channels was weird, as well. It's convenient and comfortable enough. But you get what you pay for.
