While this was a nice enough hotel, it wasn't luxury. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the breakfast had some hot items like most hotels have. The listing says there's a spe - never has been a spa there. The towels need replaced - thin and scratchy. There are no snack machines or snacks anywhere. The only drink machine is Pepsi and it doesn't take credit cards. The hotel is fine, just not luxury as is stated in the listing.

Cute Inn!

I stayed for two nights. My bed was cozy. The room was clean. The bathroom was tidy and the shower was big. Breakfast was standard and tasty. Lots of little sitting areas to hangout and chat in. My only complaint is my neighbor kept slamming their door and woke me early in the morning.

If I could give this hotel, a 20 stars, I would! What a friendly staff, beautiful lodging, clean, well accommodating, especially since we brought two dogs. It was a great day there. I haven’t slept that good in a long time! Lol we really enjoyed our stay there and can’t wait for our next trip back so that we can stay there again.

Great stay

We only stormy the night but we had a great room and the breakfast was delicious. Only complaint i might have is the toaster was not working but Cammy fault them for that especially since I didn't bring it to their attention.

This hotel's location to UVA-Wise was fabulous and the hotel was very well kept. The staff were lovely and we very much enjoyed eating our breakfast in the front windowed room and watching the world go by!
